- Position Title: Assistant Manager – Production.
- Function: Production
- Educational Qualification: Engineer graduate/ Food Technologist/ Msc Food Science.
- Experience: 6 to 10 Years
- Salary Range: 8 to 12 LPA
- Desired Competencies: Knowledge on Cake/Biscuit Manufacturing process.
Job Responsibilities:
- Implementing Kaizen & 5S techniques to ensure smooth operations.
- · Evaluating the variances in the material consumption.
- · Production Planning and execution on the production line as per plan with the help of executives, technicians & available resources.
- · Deployment of manpower, machines and material resources to generate optimum operational efficiency and utilization.
- Manage factory budget & control manufacturing cost.· Implementing Autonomous maintenance and Integrated Lean Sigma (Il6S) to maximize operational availability of Equipment leading to improvement in overall plant productivity.
- · Effectively using SAP module for production/materials planning, analysis of material variance, yield and RM-PM wastages.
- · Preparing and submitting structured & analytical reports covering entire manufacturing operations for information of the senior management.
- · Conducting training sessions for the supervisors, Technical & operative staff to keep their skill levels up-to-date.
- · Effectively using small group activities (SGA) for updating skill, productivity and quality improvement.
- · Acquired full competency in applications of modern quality/productivity/safety improvement techniques – Six Sigma, HACCP etc. Conducting Safety-Quality-Engineering audits for Work place inspection, pre-requisite audits, risk assessment, etc.
- · Drawing production plans, mapping requirements of raw materials/ consumables and coordinating with Logistics to ensure availability of all inputs to meet the scheduled production planning.
- · Acknowledged capabilities in conducting root cause analysis of failures and evolved breakdown solutions with minimum turnaround time to promptly fix the breakdown issues.
- · Proven capability to lead IL6SIGMA, RCA, Problem Solving , Internal audits, MUV, KPI, CI, Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), Work Place Inspections, Behavior of safety, Near Miss reporting, Safety walk talk, Safety Assessment, OEE, Global Efficiency implementation through codes & specifications. Acknowledged team leader fluently verbal and written communication.
- · Responsible for Minor Stops work process for the plant to achieve targeted Global Efficiency as a part of Autonomous maintenance pillar.
