OY India was established in 2012, as a 100% subsidiary of Oriental Yeast Company, (OYC) and Nisshin Seifun Group, Japan. We offer best-in-class Yeast to baking, distillery and allied industries. The biochemical division offers enzymes and substrates that are key development ingredients for several medical and clinical products. Role & Responsibility
- 1. RM analysis: receiving all raw materials, sampling, checking against specifications, and giving confirmation of RM for loading and unloading.
- 2. PM analysis: Receiving, sampling & checking of all packing material against specification & giving confirmation of PM for loading & unloading.
- 3. Give the rejection note and communicate to the concerned department if any rejection is done.
- 4. Semi-FG and FG daily analysis checks are done as per specs, and if any abnormalities are found, then communicate with the concerned department immediately to avoid losses.
- 5. FG data compilation and provision for shipment judgment are made in the ERP system or by updating the log sheet and communicating with the concerned person regularly
- 6. Good laboratory practices are made and followed in the QC lab.
- 7. Daily documentation and instrument cleaning are done per the schedule and checked.
- 8. To maintain inventory regularly to avoid shortages of daily chemical consumables and glassware for analysis.
- 9. QC budget for daily consumables and managing chemical purchases and preparation to fulfil the QC lab requirements on a timely basis so that no shortage of chemicals should happen.
- 10. Inventories of glassware and chemicals are managed, and labelling is done on chemical bottles to track chemical consumption.
- 11. Daily documentation and instrument cleaning are done as per the schedule and checked.
Qualification
- 1. M.Sc./ B.Sc. Chemistry
- 2. 0 to 2 years of experience in the relevant field
