Inviting applications for following urgent requirement in Gurugram – with prior experience in Dine-in & Cloud kitchen vertical, with experience in similar capacity
- Manager/Sr. Manager – Food, Safety & Hygiene
- Must have 5+yrs experience ( this experience candidates will be technically sound)
- Education must be M. Sc. Microbiology/food Tech or B tech Food Tech
- Must have restaurant setup experience
- Plus point if has working experience as HOD
- Communication Skills & confidence is important for stakeholder management
Compliances: Water sample test has to be done twice a year
– FOSTAC certificate for 25 staff 1 Fostac trained supervisor has to be there
– Licenses for Weight scale, FSSAI
– All food Handlers medical certificate ( Validity is 12 months)
– Should be comfortable with travelling
