โ Lead R&D projects while ensuring compliance with SOPs and leveraging project management tools.
โ Develop innovative formulations and processes that meet regulatory, quality, and market requirements.
โ Conduct pilot trials and organize consumer testing to inform product development.
โ Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to scale up and industrialize new products.
โ Foster relationships with suppliers to optimize product development.
โ Represent R&D in product launches, ensuring all necessary documentation and specifications are in place.
โ Implement productivity initiatives and train Research Technologists.

โ Proven ability to collaborate across departments and lead teams effectively.
โ Proficiency in computer software.
