We’re looking for a dynamic Lead Quality professional to join our team and oversee the quality operations at our food manufacturing plants in NCR. This is an exciting opportunity to drive excellence in food safety, quality control, and compliance across a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage quality assurance processes across multiple plants
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and food safety standards (FSSAI, ISO, HACCP)
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures to maintain product excellence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in quality systems
- Oversee audits, inspections, and certification processes
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in food manufacturing, quality assurance, and team leadership
Strong knowledge of industry regulations and food safety standards
Ability to manage quality operations across multiple locations
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
A proactive, results-driven approach
