At Two Brothers we run an organic farm where we breed indigenous cows and grow fruits, vegetables, processed foods and dairy products organically. Certified organic with Ecocert. TBOF was started by Satyajit and Ajinkya – Both MBA’s who did the corporate rung for nearly a decade and then decided to go back to their roots and experiment with agriculture their first love.

Experience: 5-7 Years (Food Manufacturing)
Qualification: B.Tech/M.Tech in Food Science & Technology
Job Summary : We are looking for an experienced Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager (Quality Assurance) to join our team! If you have 5-7 years of experience in food manufacturing, we want to hear from you! In this role, you will lead Quality Management Systems (QMS) implementation, ensure adherence to GMP and GLP, oversee quality control, manage documentation, and provide training on food safety and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
< Implement QMS, manage lab operations, and ensure equipment calibration
< Ensure product quality through thorough testing and analysis
< Maintain quality assurance documentation and records
< Provide technical support and training to production teams on regulatory standards and quality issues
