Who you are:
Drive a locally relevant, sustainable, and customer-focused food range that is affordable, healthy, and distinctive, with a Swedish touch. This role focuses on enhancing food range and supply competencies and addressing key performance gaps
Your responsibilities:
- Food Range Development: Identify and align market-specific food range needs, ensuring compliance with IKEA’s food strategy and processes.
- Range Management: Lead range dimensioning, manage food product information, and secure necessary nutritional and ingredient details.
- Team Leadership: Guide and support the Food Range & Supply team to meet shared goals through planning, coaching, and coordination.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with procurement, commercial, and sustainability teams to secure suppliers and ensure food supply efficiency.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly track and address food range and supply deviations to enhance market performance.
- Sustainability Efforts: Contribute to sourcing local ingredients, promoting circular production, and using sustainable materials.
- Customer Experience: Focus on customer value, making the IKEA food experience both affordable and unique.
