1. Production Executive :
Qualifications: Bachelor’s / Master degree in food technology or food science, Microbiology or Chemistry.
Experience: 2 to 3 years as an Executive Experience in Food Industry.
Job Description:
- Implementation of production program.
- Achieving target production by using minimum resources.
- Implementing product quality at every Stage.
- Monitoring & Verification of OPRP’s &CCP’s.
- Ability to handle manpower.
- Implementing process controls & corrective/preventive actions.
- Ensuring product identification & traceability, appropriate test status &labelling.
- Verification & Maintain records.
- Implementation and compliance of HACCP/GMP & food safety requirements.
- Ensuring good housekeeping and man, machine safety practices in the plant.
- Ability to operate & maintain process equipments such as Dryer, Slicer, Graders, Sortex, Metal
- Detection Grinding Mill, Vibro Screen / Sieves etc.
- Adequate knowledge about Drying, Grading, Sorting, Grinding etc.
2. Quality Control and Assurance Executive:
Qualifications: Bachelor’s / Master degree in food technology or food science, Microbiology or Chemistry.
Experience: 2 to 3 years as an Executive Experience in Food Industry.
Job Description:
- Organize sampling, inspection & testing.
- Adequate Knowledge about testing e.g. Moisture, Ash, Particle Size/Defect, Microbial etc.
- Adequate knowledge about good laboratory practices.
- Assisting in customer complaint analysis.
- Assist to Head OA in product release or Hold activities.
- Verification & maintaining of records.
- Adequate knowledge about GMP / GHP / BRC.
- Conduct verification & implementation of HACCP & GMP.
- Checking online operation to confirm effectiveness of HACCP, GMP & Pest Control.
- Good communication skill especially in English.
- Ability to handle vendor / customer / certification audit.
3. Production Officer:
Qualifications: Bachelor’s / Master degree in food technology or food science, Microbiology or Chemistry.
Experience: Minimum I to 2 years as an Officer / Supervisor Production in Food Industry or Fresher’s can apply.
Job Description:
- Carrying out maximum quality production in respective shifts by using minimum resources.
- Implementation & monitoring of process control parameters toachieve consistent quality production at every stage.
- Maintain records.
- Monitoring of OPRP’s &CCP’s.
- Assist to maintain product identification & traceability.
- Implementation of corrective/preventive actions.
- Controlling / handling manpower activities of the section in respective shift.
- Ensuring compliance regarding GMP, GHP & Food Safety requirements.
