Roles and Responsibilities:
- Quality inspection during raw material receiving and online production process to ensure product meets established standards and specification.
- Identify any deviation from quality standards
- Monitor production process continuously to ensure food safety.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of processing.
- Identify defects and non-conformities in products.
- Ensuring daily production targets are achieved.
