• Training Date – 25 Jan 2025
👉🖥️ FSSC 22000v 6.0 Internal Auditor Training
• Training Date – 20, 21, 22, 23 & 24 Jan 2025, Time – 07 to 10 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct quality analysis of raw materials (RM) and finished goods (FG)
Monitor production quality processes
Perform cleaning, hygiene, and sanitation checks
Handle audit documentation and support internal audits
Conduct analytical testing (FFA, fat, moisture, physical analysis)
Implement and monitor HACCP plans, CCP & OPRP
Oversee food safety management systems
Qualifications:
🔹 0-2 years of experience in food quality assurance or related field
🔹 Strong analytical skills (lab testing, FFA, fat, moisture analysis)
🔹 Knowledge of HACCP & food safety management systems
🔹 Degree or diploma in Food Science/Technology or related field preferred
