Essential Qualifications:

Job Description:
- Designing and preparing training materials, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPS), and conducting training sessions for food businesses, laboratory professionals, auditors, and other stakeholders on food fortification.
- Development and dissemination of IEC material related to Food Fortification.
- Developing Research Projects and conducting research on area identified for Food Fortification.
- Facilitating coordination and engagement with stakeholders associated with the Centre of Excellence for Food Fortification (CEFF).
- Preparing progress reports, newsletters, and other relevant documentation.
- Improving the quality of Fortified Rice Kernels (FRK) & other fortified food products.
- Developing RTE food and recipes with fortified food ingredients
- Liaison with the aligned government departments and support the integration of project activities and deliverables into government mechanisms.
- Represent the project activities and deliverables to the donor, central and state officials, partners, civil society, and private sector stakeholders
- Managing third-party audits of FRK producers, premix manufacturers, food business operators, laboratories, and other entities involved in food fortification.
