Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Production to oversee the manufacturing of Protein Powder, Kids Nutrition, and Sports Nutrition products (Powder Forms). The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficient production management, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and process improvements while leading a team to achieve operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end manufacturing & packaging processes for protein powders and sports nutrition products.
- Develop & manage production schedules to meet demand.
- Ensure products comply with FDA, GMP, HACCP, NSF, and FSSAI standards.
- Conduct quality checks on raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
- Collaborate with QA/QC teams to maintain product consistency and minimize defects.
- Maintain proper documentation for batch traceability and compliance.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely raw material procurement.
- Monitor & manage employee performance and workforce scheduling.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain records for audits & inspections.
