Role: Team Lead – Quality Assurance
Locations: Agra, Alwar, Dehradun, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Gurgaon, Jaipur, Lucknow, Noida and Punjab
What Are We Looking For?
- Expertise in FSSAI regulations for the catering industry.
- Knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) and ISO 22000 (Food Safety Management System)/ISO 9001 (Quality Management System).
- Comprehensive understanding of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards certifications.
- Prior experience in QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) operations is a must.
