Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Overall control of various documents and their preparation.
- Implementation and monitoring of systems as per SOPs.
- Systematic record-keeping of all documentation.
- Coordination with various agencies and clients for audits and strategy preparation.
- Liaison with government agencies and other departments for certifications and approvals.
- Specialized handling of ISO, BRC, EIA, and other related documentation.
- Collaboration with internal departments and external agencies for successful implementation of standards.
- Ensuring consistency in documentation practices across the company.
- Training employees on efficient documentation usage.
- Conducting internal and external audits.
- Maintaining documentation integrity.
- Controlling access to documents.
- Removing obsolete documents from the system.
- Utilizing software and applications for electronic filing and storage.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Degree/Postgraduate in Dairy Technology or Food Technology.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
