WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Minimum 7-0 years of experience in a Quality Leadership position in FermentationFood. With expertse in mkrobial (yeast) culture development. chemeol onotysis. RMIPM analyse and food safety.
- Strong knowledge Of Safety and quality regulations & proven leadership ability
- M SC. – Microbiology/Food Technology
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To support the manufacturing unit to establish effective and integrated quality 9 food safety management systems and processes. by sharing best practices & providing training.
- Manage quality e food safety audits of the manufacturing unit and vendors by establishing a simple audit process.
- Ensure local, state and central regulatory and food safety requirements are met and are captured.
