- Experience: 8-10 years (minimum 2 years in R&D within the food industry)

- Specialization: Biscuits, Cakes, Cookies, Chocolates
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead product innovation in biscuits, cakes, cookies, and chocolates.
- Research and develop new formulations, ingredients, and process improvements.
- Enhance product quality, texture, taste, and shelf life.
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety & regulatory standards.
- Work closely with marketing, production, and quality assurance teams.
- Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
