Role Overview:
As an R&D Executive at Biokraft Foods, you will play a critical role in driving research, innovation, and regulatory readiness. You will work closely with our R&D team and external partners to ensure smooth execution of research projects, regulatory compliance, and strategic planning for product development and scale-up. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about food technology, biotechnology, and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate among the R&D team to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
- Work on the regulatory dossier, collecting and organizing relevant data to support compliance.
- Lead grant writing efforts and manage proposal submissions for research funding.
- Develop and improve strategies for managing R&D efforts, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate with external agencies to conduct relevant studies, tests, and validations.
- Design processes and strategize scale-up plans for cultivated meat production.
- Identify and craft innovative solutions to challenges arising in research and product development.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- B.Tech/M.Tech in Biotechnology, Food Technology, or related fields OR M.Sc in Biotechnology/Food Technology.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks in the food/biotech industry.
- Experience in grant writing and proposal submission is a plus.
- Ability to strategize and manage R&D projects effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a creative and analytical mindset.
- Strong communication skills for coordination with internal teams and external partners.
- Passion for sustainable food solutions and innovation in the cultivated meat industry.
2. 𝐅𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭 + 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐟 – Develop and validate cultivated meat products.
Role Overview:
As a Food Technologist + Chef at Biokraft Foods, you will be at the intersection of culinary expertise and food science. Your role will involve designing and developing cultivated chicken meat products, exploring ingredient innovations, and validating recipes for market readiness. You will work closely with our R&D team to bring scientifically developed meat products to life with sensory appeal and taste that meet consumer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop cultivated chicken meat products with optimal taste, texture, and nutritional profile.
- Conduct scientific experiments, rapid prototyping, and maintain meticulous documentation.
- Explore ingredient innovation and formulate new food products.
- Validate recipes and collaborate with the team for successful market trials.
- Design processes and strategize scale-up plans for food production.
- Identify challenges and craft creative solutions in product development.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- B.Tech/M.Tech in Food Technology or related fields, M.Sc in Food Technology, or BHMCT (Bachelor of Hotel Management and Catering Technology).
- Strong understanding of food science, ingredient interactions, and culinary techniques.
- Experience in food product development and recipe formulation.
- Ability to blend scientific research with culinary innovation.
- Hands-on approach with problem-solving skills and a passion for sustainable food solutions.
- Strong documentation and analytical skills for process refinement.
Ability to work in a dynamic startup environment and collaborate effectively with cross-
functional teams.

3. 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧 – Lead market validation, consumer awareness, and social media.
Role Overview:
As a Marketing Intern at Biokraft Foods, you will be responsible for executing market validation trials, running consumer awareness campaigns, and managing social media channels. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about marketing, startups, and sustainable food solutions, with a knack for creativity and consumer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute market validation trials for our cultivated meat product in collaboration with hotel partners.
- Develop and run campaigns and consumer awareness programs around our product.
- Bring creative and strategic ideas to position company at the forefront of the cultivated meat industry.
- Manage and curate content for social media channels to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Assist in managing business leads and fostering industry connections.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Relevant degree or experience in a marketing-related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and think creatively.
- Experience in marketing, F&B, or startups is preferred.
- Video creation and editing skills are a plus (ability to learn is required).
- Mumbai-based candidates preferred.
