Job Details:
- Positions: Executive/ Sr.. Executive- R&D
- Qualification: Graduate in Food Technology
- Experience: 03 years to 05 years
- Working: Monday to Saturday ( alternate Saturday off)
- Salary: Negotiable
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct experiments to develop new products or improve existing formulations.
- Perform laboratory-scale synthesis, analysis, and validation of biochemical or nutraceutical products.
- Analyze experimental data and prepare detailed technical reports.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all research activities and experiments.
- Prepare documentation, such as standard operating procedures (SOPs), research protocols, and reports
- Ensure that all R&D activities comply with regulatory standards and guidelines.
- Assist in preparing documentation for regulatory submissions, if applicable.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as Quality Assurance and Production, for successful technology transfer.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
