QUALITY OFFICER/ EXECUTIVE
- Location: Smart City Rajkot
- Experience: 0-2yrs in FMCG Industry (Snacks/Food category).
- Qualification: B.Tech/M.Tech-Food I BSc/MSc Food Science
Key Role & Responsibility:
- Quality Inspection – Monitor product quality parameters (texture, taste, aroma, color, packaging).
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and GMP
- Lab Operations – Perform routine physical, chemical, and microbiological tests on raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods
- Maintain calibration and upkeep of lab equipment and instruments
- Process Control – Monitor and control critical control points and Report non-conformities and assist in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions
