𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Navi Mumbai & Bandra

𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗮𝘆𝘀: 6 days a week (Full-time)
Looking for an NPD Product Specialist – Bakery & Pastry (Recipe Development Focus) (Exp.2-3 +Years).

Qualification:

Bachebr’s degree in Food Technology, Culinary Arts, Baking Science, or related field
2—5 years of hands-on experience in bakery product development or food R&D
Deep understanding Of bakery & Chocolates ingredients, processing methods
and formulation techniques
Familiarity with NPD processes including costing, sensory evaluation and shelf-life studies
Strong creativity, problem—solving and project management abilities
In-depth knowledge of baking ingredients, processes and recipe scaling
Excellent communication and documentation skills
