Description We have direct links with farmers of Soya Bean in India and are procuring the Raw Material from them for producing the purest form of NON GMO Soya Lecithin in various form i.e (Liquid, Powder and Granules) for the Food, Feed, Confectionery and various other industrial applications. Our Lab and R&D Section” comprises of many modern equipments which are operated by highly, qualified chemists. Thus all the products are made in conformance with international standards.
Our quality management & quality assurance policy ensures that enquiries & orders are dealt with & processed in a quick & reliable manner. We presently are very strong in the domestic market and are having very good satisfied customers. Now we are venturing in the International Market with a Vision to create the same name and prestige as in the Domestic Market.
This is a full-time on-site role based in the outskirts of Indore (Madhya Pradesh) for a Quality Control Analyst.
The Quality Control Analyst will be responsible for overseeing and conducting laboratory tests and procedures, ensuring the quality of manufactured products, interpreting test results, and reporting findings to management.
The Quality Control Analyst will also be responsible for maintaining laboratory equipment and ensuring compliance with quality assurance standards as per FSSC 22000 requirements.
Qualifications
- Analytical skills, laboratory skills, and experience working in a laboratory environment
- Thorough knowledge of laboratory testing, especially chemical analysis of Soybean products.
- Quality control and quality assurance knowledge
- Experience using laboratory equipment such as pH meters, balances and centrifuge
- Knowledge of GMP regulations and other regulatory standards related to quality control
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in the food processing industry is compulsory
- It will be a plus if the candidate has hands-on experience of qPCR and ELISA for testing GMO and allergens, though it is not compulsory.
