Auto Milk Collection Unit System
SMC Group has taken a pledge in 2008 to collect raw milk from villages and in this direction started Milk Collection, Testing and Weighment system by installing latest Computerized AMCUS at each village society. There exists a dynamic team of Professionals to look after the complete networking of manufacturing of products at processing stage and Quality assurance while maintaining cold chain up to consumer level.
Milk is being collected through village collection centres (vlc) via milk routing system & milk is brought for chilling at respective milk chilling centres. In each village, our representative of milk producer (vrmp) is installed after proper meeting & with the consent of milk producers / surpanch of village.

- Experience : 15 to 18 years
JOB DESCRIPTION
- * Knowledge of Manufacturing And Packing of Milk Powder like SMP, D/W, WMP and Gulab Jamun Mix.
- *Knowledge of Manufacturing Packing of liquid milk, Curd & Chhachh.
- * Knowledge of Pre-process of Milk, Production planning, Pasteurization, Standardization & Separation with Scada Operation.
- * Knowledge of manufacturing of butter, ghee, Powder (SMP, WMP, Dairy whitener).
- * Knowledge of process equipment as: – Pasteurizer, Homogenizer, Evaporator & dryer with Automatic plant.
- *All section packing planning, machine installation and machine maintenance planning, Spare parts requirement planning and packing material requirement planning for all packing sections.
