Are you a dedicated Quality Assurance professional with a strong background in the meat industry? We’re looking for an Assistant Manager – QA to join our team in Amritsar.
Assistant Manager – Quality Assurance (QA)
Location: Amritsar, India
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years
Industry Experience: Meat Industry (Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and ensure compliance with quality assurance protocols and regulatory standards.
- Conduct inspections, audits, and quality checks across production processes.
- Manage and maintain documentation related to quality control and regulatory requirements.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and quality protocols.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of QA experience in the meat industry is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards, FSSAI regulations, and HACCP guidelines.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
