*Minimum 3 to 4 years’ Experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control Domain OR Experience as an AM – Quality Assurance / Sr. Executive – QA
Package range – ₹4.5 LPA – ₹5.2 LPA
Educational Qualification , Work experience & Key Competencies Required :
*B.Sc Microbiology/M.S.C Microbiology/B Tech./MTech. Food Technology or
equivalent
*Good understanding of the domain of food safety, RCA & CAPA , quality standards
*Well versed with FSSAI regulations for catering industry
*6 days working
*Travelling & own vehicle required
*Rotational week off
Responsibilities :
Ability to lead a region and ability to handle team
● Good communication skills
● Good understanding of the domain of food safety, RCA & CAPA , quality standards
● Well versed with FSSAI regulations for catering industry
● Knowledge of MS Excel & Power Point Presentation Job Description
● Handling a team , guiding and directing them to monitor and continuously up keep food safety and hygiene standards of the kitchen
● Giving training to the kitchen team on various SOP’s, quality and food safety standards
● Prepping kitchen to comply to FSSAI standards and other internal audits
● Proactively checking the quality of raw ingredients/products through sensory and its documentation
● Handling customer complaints by doing RCA and sharing CAPA
● Analysing data to understand regional performance on various metrics
● Periodic interaction with city head and area managers to discuss analyse regional performance
