Assistant Manager / Senior Executive
Location: Mumbai/Bangalore
Requirements:
- Ensure plant safety, oversee production planning, and achieve targets with quality and food safety standards. Monitor costs and
implement savings. - Conduct stock reconciliations, verify yields with SAP, and drive continuous Improvement to reduce losses. Fulfill audit requirements and prepare reports.
- Diagnose breakdown problems using TPM tools, determine machinery, material, and manpower requirements, coordinate with stakeholders, and monitor production yields at standard Intervals.
- B.Tech/ M.Tech in Food Technology or MBA Operations / Industrial.
- 2-10 years of experience in leading food processing plant, experience in Chicken processing plant is preferred.
