We are a food processing company based in Kerala, India. We are engaged in the manufacturing of Essential Oils, Oleoresins, Natural Food Colours & Neutraceutical Ingredients.
Our facility which expands over 60000 sq. ft. houses our Steam Distillation, Solvent Extraction, Isolation Units and Quality Control Lab.
Currently we have:
- Steam Distillation Units that can process 5 tons of Raw Spices per day.
- Solvent Extraction Units that can process 12 tons of Raw Spices per day which translates to around 600 tons of Oleoresin a year.
- Capsicum Enrichment Unit
- Curcumin Isolation Unit that can produce 250 Kgs per day.
- Piperine Isolation Unit that can produce 50 Kgs per day.
- Capsaicin Isolation Unit that can produce 10 Kgs per day.
Our lab is well equipped with modern and sophisticated instruments for the analysis of Residual Solvent, Active Ingredient contents, Pesticides, Moisture etc.

Job Overview:
We are in search of a dynamic Flavor and Seasoning Development Specialist to be a foundational member of our newly established division. As a vital contributor to our Research and Development team, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the direction of our flavor offerings, contributing to the success and growth of this emerging division.
Responsibilities:
- Pioneer the development of new flavorings and seasonings, aligning with the vision of our newly formed division.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to bring fresh and innovative products to market.
- Conduct sensory evaluations, incorporating feedback to refine and optimize flavor profiles.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends, ingredients, and technologies within the flavor industry.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and uphold quality control measures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in flavor development within the food industry.
- Strong understanding of food chemistry, sensory evaluation, and flavor applications.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative mindset with a passion for staying at the forefront of flavor trends.
