Key Responsibilities:
1. Quality control & assurance:
– Conduct routine inspections and quality assessments of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations.
– Implement and maintain QA procedures and protocols specific to superfood, nutraceutical, and Ayurvedic product lines.
– Monitor production processes to ensure they meet the company’s quality requirements.
– Identify and address potential quality issues, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
2. Documentation & reporting:
– Maintain accurate records of all quality control activities, including test results, inspections, and audits.
– Prepare and present quality reports to management, highlighting areas of concern and recommending solutions.
– Ensure that all products are tested and documented according to regulatory and company standards.3. Regulatory compliance:
– Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure that the company’s products -comply with all relevant national and international standards.
– Assist in regulatory inspections and audits, ensuring all necessary documentation and processes are in place.

Qualifications & skills:
1. Educational Background: Bachelors degree in food science, biotechnology, microbiology, or a related field.
2. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the superfood, nutraceutical, or Ayurvedic product industries.
Technical skills:
1. Knowledge of quality control procedures and methodologies.
2. Familiarity with regulatory standards relevant to nutraceuticals, Ayurvedic products, and superfoods.
3. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary – Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 – 2,50,000 /year
