Ms. Dharra Manek, daughter of Ajit Manek; has a Master’s degree in science (education details) and carries a rich experience of 5 years in managing the business of Ajit Sweets. She has also worked with various colleges as faculty to Masters level in Mumbai. With a mission to make dreams of Mr. Manek come true a strategic approach to modernize traditional business is implemented with the support of various in-house and consulting experts. Various new projects like exports, catering, institutional sales, packaging, and franchising is headed by her to ensure Ajit Sweets soon is recognized as a benchmark in Sweet Industry.
Ms. Kkomal Manek, daughter of Ajit Manek; has bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management and with zeal to forward Ajit Sweets and her father’s dream, has recently joined in business and supports HR activities to ensure fuel of talent is ongoingly acquired, trained and retained.
Food Management System Consultant specialized in the Food Safety systems documentation, training, auditing, design, is consulting Ajit Sweets for ISO aspects to enhance International and national business.
Food management system Consultant on boards, Ajit Sweets has Product Development, food safety & compliance, Quality assurance and Operations standards as an angle to support business.
Legal Consultant is on the consulting panel to Ajit Sweets for labor matters and support the goal of Mr. Manek for recognition to skilled people in the industry as Artist.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop new or improve current Sweet products
- Daily and as and when required documentation and record keeping as per compliances and company SOP
- Make test samples of Sweets products and conduct trials
- Source and select ingredients for Sweets products
- Manage or supervise development and production of Sweets
- Improve efficiency of manufacturing processes
- Develop new or improve current packaging
- Ensure food products meet specifications and standards (quality assurance)
- Investigate the nutritional properties of foods
- Should be open to accept any unforeseen tasks related to FT.
- Following keeping controls, maintaining as per FSSI norms
- Traceability, Batch card
- Following ISO standards
- Daily continuous following and reporting FIFO practice
