Hello everyone, I am hiring for Food Technologist – Bulk Food Production
Location: Gurgaon [Travelling for Production Audits]
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Scale up recipes from R&D to production, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Monitor and control all aspects of the food production process, from raw materials to finished products.
- Implement and maintain hygiene and food safety protocols in compliance with international standards (e.g., ISO, HACCP, FSSC).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production efficiency while maintaining quality.
- Ensure proper documentation of production processes and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Conduct quality checks at various stages to uphold product integrity.
- Troubleshoot production challenges and propose solutions to improve processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in food technology, Food Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in food production, preferably in the frozen food industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations (HACCP, ISO, FSSAI etc.).
- Proven ability to scale up recipes from small-batch production to mass production.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with production equipment in a food manufacturing setup.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
