Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to take on the role of General Manager for our biscuit manufacturing factory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of factory operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety standards.
The General Manager will play a crucial role in driving production excellence, managing resources, fostering a collaborative work environment, and dealing with key contract manufacturing clients such as ITC, Britannia, and Parle.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the biscuit manufacturing facility, ensuring seamless production processes.
Implement and optimize manufacturing strategies to meet production targets, quality standards, and cost efficiency.
Team Management:
Lead and motivate a diverse team of production staff, engineers, and support personnel.

Quality Assurance:
