Required candidate for below mentioned qualifications and skills
- Basic Knowledge in MS office, MIS, SAP, Statistical tool.
- Conducting GMP and GHP audits.
- Formulating product and process SOPs.
- Basic knowledge of the Legal metrology, FSSAI
- Standard, HACCP, and their work practices.
- Analytical skills on proximate analysis, rheology, texture analysis, thermal analysis, color analysis,
- instrument calibration.
- Conduct New Product Development and product modification trial runs.Good understanding of Nutraceuticals an formulation/NPD .
- CTC – 60-70 k per month

Qualifications – M.tech in food tech or Nutrition..
Experience 2-4. Yr in relevant Nutraceuticals NPD
