Our SCPA division is catering to the area of risk management of clients by providing advisory solutions through audits/assessments and custom-made training programs. To meet our expansion needs we are looking for candidate who meets these requirements Auditing/Assessment and independent advisory on of Quality, Safety, Environment and Sustainability standards.
- Assessments are carried out as per applicable regulations and client specific procedures and requirements (as applicable).
- Person shall have advisory mindset, ability to look beyond obvious, highlight risks to management of company, work closely with top managements of companies, and understand the key risks to business
- Schedule and plan audit activity with customers.
- Interact directly with customers at all levels of management in developing timely, complete and accurate reports of their current level of compliance or implementation of their management system
- Document and report assessment activities and results.
- Timely approvals of reports and issue of statements of verifications
- Ability to manage Key Customers.
- Supporting the sales team on technical aspects.
- Familiarity with use of digital tools
- Maintains appropriate audit credentials and pursues advancement of those credentials and other related credentials as needed.
Position Qualifications
- Food science/Technology graduate or post graduate/Chemical Engineer with exp in Food industry / Diary technologies/ Bio Technology/ Pharma/Agriculture/ Veterinary / Fishery.
- Preferred Lead Auditor certification for in any combination of, QMS (9001) FSMS/ FSSC (22000) – EMS (14001), and/or OHSMS (45001).
- Worked on any of the areas on sustainability/ ESG like SA, EPR, GRI, GHG, ISO 14064 at Food Industry, FMCG , Pharma sector.
- Qualification on sustainability will be an added advantage.
- Good computer literacy with usage of MS office.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills:(i.e. critical thinking, interpersonal, problem solving, interviewing, teamwork, organizational, analytical, empathetic, able to communicate effectively, respond calmly, and make decisions when assessing practices and procedures against the DNV accreditation or certification requirements.
- Affable style (nice).
