Experience: 2- 4 Years
Candidate Profile:
- Detailed knowledge and track record of successful implementation of food manufacturing policies and procedures (GMP).
- Certification and training in Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP).
- Excellent knowledge of HACCP and the proven ability to write HACCP plans.
- Food Safety Audits of CDRs, QSRs and Airports
- Food Safety Audits of Commissaries, Cloud kitchens and Warehouses
