Roles and Responsibilities:-
- To carry out R&D activities in all the steps of the innovation process from idea generation till industrialization
- Taking care of all the related action from product, technology, quality and regulatory POV.
- To play a strategical role in the VE project as well as in the support for the new line commissioning from the design to the validation.
- To coordinate with all the function (local and global) involved in the R&D activities is part of the main responsibility of the R&D manager.
Experience:
8-12 years in product development / R&D or process development roles.
Education:
Graduate/Post graduate in Food Technology/ Science, Dairy Technology/ Science from institutes like CFTRI, ICT, HBTI, NDRI, LIT.
Must Have :

Ø Industrial processes
Ø Lab application and equipment
Desirable Exposure in Packaging
