What you will do as Manufacturing, Quality & Procurement Lead

–      Build partnerships with third party manufacturing businesses

–      Bring in right technology breakthrough ideas for our innovation pipeline – as a young start up – we are looking for agile, low cost & partnership models

–      Lead quality assessment for all our production. Build process, system & protocols for assessment. Lead from the front at manufacturing sites to see implementation

–      Lead the procurement efforts for all raw material & packaging material. Ensure best cost negotiations & sustained supply.  

We are looking for someone who:

–      Has minimum 7+ years of experience in manufacturing & quality across both neutraceuticals & foods categories. Experience across snacking categories would be preferred

–      Is a qualified engineer & has deep technical understanding about both manufacturing & quality processes

–      Has good negotiation skills

–      Ability to network & build strong relationship with partners

–      Excellent writing and communication skills

–      Believes they have the skills & the attitude to ace the above role

–      Should be a self-starter & proactive individual

–      Can carry out fast-paced execution that inspires
