Job description
1. To handle the microbiology department independently.
2. Should be able to perform as per international regulatory compliance.
3. Awareness on ASEPTIC SAMPLING
4. Media Preparation
5. Growing Microbe Culture
6. Analysis as per the standards
7. Recording Lab Data scientifically meeting guidelines
8. Awareness of Microbiology waste destruction as per the guidelines.
9. Preparing SOPs
10. Calibration of Equipment Training and awareness program for workers to create awareness of quality & food safety standards.
