Brief Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Microbiologist located in Neemrana. The Microbiologist will be responsible for conducting microbiological testing, ensuring quality control, managing and maintaining laboratory equipment, and upholding quality assurance standards. Daily tasks include sampling, analyzing, and interpreting results to ensure product safety and compliance with regulations.
Location: Neemrana (Rajasthan)
- Responsible for entire Quality Management System, Documentation and Implementation
- Microbial analysis of all the items cum under the preview of M/s G.D.FOODS.
- To test semi finish, finished products& Packing Material as per microbiological requirements. ( as per define frequency) ( as per known standard)
- To maintain records and registers for the each operation to be performed for the analysis.
- To check and confirm decontamination of media after autoclaving for disposal.
- Sanitation of microbiological department with different disinfectant at regular interval.
- Analysis of potable water, purified water, for the microanalysis as per SOP.
- Performed each test with positive control.
- Subculture of microorganism to be performed as per SOP.
- Calibration of biological equipments and validation of L.A.F. as per SOP.
- Maintain all the records related to Microbial Analysis.
- Preparation of SOP ,GTP & all ISO related documents
- Involve & Conduct internal & external audit in plant as well other plants of group.
- Conduct training to quality staff as per SOP
- Coordinate to quality department & production for ISO documentation.
- Involve in validation and calibration of process and equipment
- Coordinate to packing department, manufacturing department and warehouse department.
- Conduct & Participate in sensory evolution team
- To execute any other task as assigned by the seniors / Management from time to time.
Qualification:
- Proficiency in Microbiology and Laboratory Skills
- Experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance
- Knowledge of Laboratory Equipment and maintenance
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology or related field
- Experience in the FMCG industry is a plus
