Idea Generation and Screening
- Brainstorming Sessions: Encourage cross-functional teams to generate innovative ideas.
- Screening: Evaluate ideas based on feasibility, market potential, and alignment with company strategy.
Concept Development and Testing
- Concept Creation: Develop detailed product concepts, including formulations, packaging, and branding.
- Consumer Testing: Use sensory testing, product trials, and feedback sessions to refine concepts.
Prototype Development
- Formulation: Create product prototypes and refine formulations based on testing feedback.
- Packaging: Design and test packaging for functionality, appeal, and sustainability.
Product Testing and Validation
