Job Title: New Product Development & Quality Control Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- New Product Formulation & Development: Create and test formulations for innovative food products.
- Product Improvement: Enhance existing product formulations for better quality, shelf life, and consumer acceptance.
- Quality Control (Production & Field): Ensure compliance with quality standards during production and monitor product performance in the field.
- Vendor Development: Identify and develop reliable ingredient suppliers for new product formulations.
- Market & Field Visits: Conduct market research and sensory evaluations to understand consumer preferences and industry trends.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate records of formulations, trials, quality checks, and regulatory compliance.
- Regulatory & Certification Knowledge: Ensure adherence to ISO 22000 standards and FSSAI regulations.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Education: B.Tech / M.Tech in Food Technology.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in product development, quality control, or a related role. Freshers with strong knowledge and skills are encouraged to apply.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of food processing, sensory evaluation, ingredient functionality, and food safety regulations.
- Sensory Evaluation Expertise: Certification in sensory analysis is a plus.
- Documentation Skills: Strong record-keeping and process documentation abilities.
- Field & Market Experience: Willingness to conduct on-site quality checks and market visits.
