Job Description:
· Act as a point of contact for clients for specification, product technical queries
· Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction
· Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities for product development
· Conduct factory trials, commercial trials, Validation
· Prepare product costing and coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information for the same.
· Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the ERP system
