NPD EXECUTIVE
- Assist in identifying opportunities for product development through comprehensive market research and analysis of market feedback.
- Hands-on experience in product development and recipe formulation is essential, along with current knowledge of ingredients and packaging materials.
- Possess a thorough understanding of FSSAI regulations and quality standards.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, and quality assurance.
- Conduct sensory evaluations, shelf-life studies, and consumer testing to enhance product refinement.
- Document and report on research and development activities, findings, and project statuses.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges encountered during product development and production.
