Location: Derabassi Punjab
Experience required: Distillery Bottling Plant/FMCG minimum 12-15years.
Qualifications: B.Tech – Mechanical/Food technology/ Chemical

- Working experience of plant excise department related compliance.
- Awareness of Labour law related to a factory.
- Awareness of license renewal from fire / pollution/excise departments
- Day-to-day operations: Overseeing the daily operations of the plant, including production, manufacturing, and ensuring that policies and procedures are followed
- Efficiency and productivity: Analyzing the efficiency and productivity of the plant
- Setting goals: Setting goals and objectives for the staff
- Communication: Communicating with upper management
- Plant expansion: Participating in plant expansion, equipment planning, and conversion
- Equipment maintenance: Overseeing the maintenance of equipment, building, plant security, and protection
- Plant processes: Monitoring and testing various plant processes
- Cost control: Controlling costs to achieve budgetary goals for the company
