Namdhari seeds was established in 1985 at Namdhari Farms in Bidadi, Karnataka – India. While our journey began with contract seed production for various nations across the globe, our successes drove us to research into developing hybrid crops, pioneering hybrid seed production in India. Today, we produce hybrid seeds that prioritize adaptability, disease resistance and superior consumer appeal.

What you’ll do
Job Description:
- Plan, organize, direct, and run optimum day-to-day dairy operations.
- Hands-on experience in dairy products (milk, curd, panner, yogurt, etc)
- Responsible for production output, product quality and on-time delivery of dairy products.
- Ensure adherence to all operational procedures and policies.
- Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions.
- To handle milk processing machineries.
- Ensure adherence to all operational procedures and policies.
Job Requirements / Experience:
- Qualified B.Tech/M.Tech – Dairy Technology
- Minimum 8 years of experience in leading dairy industry.
- Ability to plan and manage multiple activities in a fast-paced environment
- Sound knowledge in SAP is preferred.
- Practical experience in handling milk processing machineries.
- knowledge in Kannada is desirable.
- Desired knowledge in HACCP, BRC, FSSAI, etc.
