Here, we are looking for an enthusiastic Product Quality Compliance Manager
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for ensuring that manufacturing is adhering to customer, regulatory and internal standards, through robust quality auditing and reporting on all product quality compliance information gathered; communicating key messages and presenting data to all key personnel, making recommendations about improvements, and supporting individuals, teams and the company to achieve better quality outcomes.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Overall responsibility for Product Quality activities across manufacturing & storage
• Ensure that quality strategies and processes are in place to meet all customer’s and internal specifications & standards and operational needs in terms of delivery targets
• Lead and manage the quality function from new product conception through lab analysis to commercial manufacturing, to ensure a proactive culture so that customers receive the product to the highest standard of quality possible
• Ensure regulatory compliance across all raw materials and finished products – packaging details, printing details – per FSSAI, Legal metrology and any other relevant regulatory body
• Assist in continuous improvement activities throughout the manufacturing, ensuring that problems are prevented and that customer requirements are met with any problems resolved effectively and economically
• Work to prevent non-conformances, customer complaints, concession and rework alongside Manufacturing/ Engineering and Safety teams to develop corrective and preventative actions within required time-frame
• Report on Quality activities on a regular basis to the Senior Management team, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of the relevant Key Performance Indicators
• Provide leadership to the compliance & manufacturing teams and coach, mentor and manage a high performing team that delivers continuous improvement, added value and cost reductions
• Set department objectives and monitor ongoing progress and performance in a timely manner
• Ensure strong communication within the team to facilitate exchange of information and in order to implement change and improvements
• Complete regular performance reviews
• Work collaboratively, negotiate and engage with key departments to facilitate delivery and compliance with the quality strategy
• Communicate with senior managers the impact of technology change and potential effects on process change. Recommend solutions without compromising quality or service while optimising cost
• Contribute to new initiatives and projects and review and communicate the impact on quality & manufacturing activities Self Management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Plan and organise daily activities related to quality compliance monitoring & verification in an appropriate way.
• Actively lead the reduction of quality & safety issues, Customer complaints, Cost of Quality and in-house scrap and waste
• Ensure that corrective actions are delivered and non-compliance issues are resolved on time
• Provide leadership, coordination and coaching to the team, ensuring they are trained, enabling them to achieve the quality & operational metrics within their areas of responsibility and succeed in their roles
• Coordinate with engineering to ensure repeatable manufacture of product while maintaining quality, safety and productivity standards and achieving cost targets in a timely fashion
• Define, document and record all quality parameters related to product compliance per customer & internal requirements
• Prepare product cut sheets for every product manufactured and communicate to all relevant personnel – including operators & food handlers associated with ensuring product quality
KEY CAPABILITIES
• Thorough knowledge of products, process & procedures relevant to product manufacturing
• Understanding of GFSI certified food safety management systems – (Company follows BRC – 9 FSMS system)
• Knowledge of performance evaluation and cost implications
• Experience in reporting on key production metrics
• Excellent organisational and leaderships skills
• Ability to add value, reduce costs and make business improvements
• Training capabilities across all relevant personnel in manufacturing
