Mapro Foods Pvt Ltd is seeking Food Technologists and Dairy Technologists for positions in the Production department.
Role description –
1) Manage and motivate production staff to deliver exceptional work.
2) Attend team meetings to discuss production status and ongoing problems.
3) Work with production teams to ensure cost-effective, high quality and timely delivery of products.
4) Establish and enforce company policies and safety procedures for staff.
5) Recommend process improvements to enhance production quality and capacity.
6) Work with Managers to analyze job orders and develop production tasks and schedules.
7) Plan and assign daily job duties to workers.
8) Recommend changes in workflow, operations and equipment to maximize production efficiency.
9) Provide job training to workers to meet production goals.
10) Investigate problems, analyze root causes and define resolutions.
11) Ensure that the final product meets quality standards and customer specifications.
