We’re Hiring: Production Executive (Food) | Sukhna Foods
We are seeking a proactive and organized Production Executive to join our team at Sukhna Foods to manage daily production activities in our food manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient operations, maintain product quality, and enforce safety standards.
📌 Location: Noida, UP
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily production activities to meet production schedules and timelines.
- Monitor production processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Ensure all products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements, conducting regular food safety checks.
- Oversee raw material inventory and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Supervise production staff, manage shift schedules, and resolve personnel issues.
- Maintain a safe working environment, enforcing safety protocols and equipment handling procedures.
- Address production-related issues, including machinery, staff, or raw material concerns.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Maintain accurate records of production data, including yields, downtime, and raw material usage.
- Collaborate with quality assurance, maintenance, and supply chain teams for operational success.
- Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production processes.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety, and relevant industry regulations.
- Train and guide team members on production processes and safety protocols.
- Prepare reports on production performance and suggest process improvements.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in food manufacturing or FMCG industries.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, quality assurance protocols, and production processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.
