Job Description:
As a Production/quality Executive in the food industry, your primary responsibility will be overseeing and optimizing the manufacturing processes to ensure efficient and high-quality production. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage production schedules, and implement best practices to meet company objectives. Your role involves:
- 1. Production Planning: Develop and implement production plans, considering demand forecasts, inventory levels, and resource availability.
- 2. Quality Control: Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the production process.
- 3. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate production teams, fostering a culture of teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.
- 4. Resource Management: Effectively manage manpower, equipment, and materials to meet production targets while controlling costs.
- 5. Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancements.
- 6. Problem Solving: Address production issues promptly, troubleshoot challenges, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- 7. Communication: Maintain clear communication channels with relevant departments, providing regular updates on production status and addressing concerns.
- 8. Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all production staff.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree / masters, B.Tech in Food science and technology.
– 1 -2 years of proven experience in a production management role within the food industry.
– Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulatory requirements.
– Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office.
