Job Description: Production & Quality Executive, the production of Specialty Food Products and can work in a wide range of settings, including Quality of products, factories and laboratories. Consequently, specific responsibilities vary greatly but may include:
· Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
· Should know about FSSAI filing & ISO audit
· Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (Production & Packing, workers etc.)
· Executing the Quality & Production as per the Production Plan
· Purchasing or Raw Materials, Packaging Materials Etc
· Stock Maintenance of Raw & Packaging Materials Etc
· Liaising with marketing staff & Approving the Online Orders from Online Portals
· Ensuring that strict hygiene food safety standards were met
· QC Clearance for the Packing of products
· Writing reports & SOPs
· Reporting to Head R & D
Keys skills for food technologists:
· Should Stay at least 3-4 Years bcoz Training itself will take 6 months*
· Good Attitude and Discipline
· Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work
· Ability to work in a team structure
· Basic Technical knowledge and Subject related to Food Technology
· Strong work values-Dependability, Honesty & Self-Confidence
· Meticulous attention to detail, especially with regard to food hygiene and safety
· Must have Good Tamil & English communication skills

Education Qualification:
B.Tech (Food Process Engineering/Food Technology/ Food Science and Technology/Food Processing/ Food Science)
M.Sc (Food Technology/ Food Science and Technology/Food Processing/ Food Science)
Experience: 0-6 months Experience or Fresher with Practical Knowledge
Preference: Male candidates for this replacement post (Tamil Language should be known or ready to learn immediately).
