Qualification: B.Sc Discipline: Chemistry/ Biochemistry/ Microbiology/ Biotechnology/ Food technology
Experience: 1-2 years Preferences: Spices and oleoresin experience/ food industry experience
• HPLC Knowledge
• GC-HS knowledge
• Food standards – HACCP, GMP, BRCGS
• QA & QC documentations
• QC – Analysis
• Product development skills
• Good communication skills
