QA/QC Executives with experience in Horeca products.
Industry: FMCG
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee quality control activities for raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
- Conduct internal audits, inspections, and compliance checks as per regulatory and certification requirements.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, quality documentation, and records in accordance with industry standards.
- Lead investigations of non-conformities, customer complaints, and root cause analysis, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor hygiene, sanitation, and GMP compliance across production areas.
- Train production and quality teams on food safety, quality standards, and best practices.
- Coordinate with suppliers for material quality issues and ensure adherence to specifications.
- Support preparation and execution of external audits (BRCGS, FSSC 22000, ISO).
- Ensure proper implementation of product testing and analysis, including chemical, microbiological, and sensory evaluations.
